Biography and information
Was born in the village Melekino Ivanovo region. A member of the artists Union of the RSFSR since 1971. In the years 1951-1956 he studied at the Palekh art school. Since 1956 worked at the Palekh art-production workshops.
Themes of works: folklore, genre scenes. Participant of exhibitions since 1963. The work of R. V. Surikova is stored in the State Museum of Palekh art, HF Russia.
