Nikolay
Nikolayevich Ukolov

Born in the city of Vichuga in Ivanovo region. In 1976-1981, he studied at the Palekh art school. In 1981-1989, he worked at the Palekh art-production workshops. Since 1989 works in the creative production of the organization of the Union of artists of Russia "Palekh Partnership". In 1991-1992, he participated in the creation of the iconostasis of the Church of Elijah the Prophet in Palekh.

Themes of works: folklore, literature, religious. Participant of exhibitions since 1988. The Works Of N. N. Ukolov are exhibited in museums: gmpi, Umgeni, Pgaas, HF Russia.
