Biography and information
He was born at the farm Alansky Safakulevskoe district of Kurgan region. Member of the Union of artists of Russian Federation since 1982. In 1960-1965, he studied at the Palekh art school. Teacher - N.M.Zinoviev, F. A. Yurtsev, V. I. Golov. In 1965-1989, he worked at the Palekh art-production workshops.
Writes icons. Themes of works: folklore, literature, rituals, and religious. Participant of exhibitions since 1974. Works of V. P. Fedotov are in museums: gmpi, Umgeni, HF Russia.
