Biography and information
In the years 1946-1951 he studied at the Palekh art school. Since 1951 he worked in the Association of Palekh artists (1954 - Palekh art-production workshops).
Themes of works: folklore, genre scenes. The works of V. A. Shutov kept in the Museum of folk art.
