In 1878 he was appointed teacher of history of fine arts in the Academy of arts classroom. In 1879, the title of academician for the "project of the railway station". From 1883 he taught at the Academy of aesthetics and archaeology. Reads in the Higher Art school course art history. Since 1898 member of the Academy of arts.
