Sergey
Alexandrovich Shcherbakov

Was born in Saratov. He studied at the CFS at the sculpture Department (1977-1981) G. N. Kashin, higher school of industrial art to them. V. I. Mukhina (1982-1987) at A. G. Dema, P. F. Kulikov. Participant of the youth, urban, zonal (1991, 2000), Republican (1989, 1990, 1999), international (Czechoslovakia, 1988; Germany, 1991, 1993; France, 1992; Spain, 1993; Austria, 1997) exhibitions since 1988. A member of the artists Union since 1991. Author and participant of the project "Black Apple" with S. V. Krylov (1990-1995). Personal exhibitions took place in 1996 (with A. Shcherbakov, Saratov), in 1997 (Moscow, CHA). The author of monuments to Soldiers-internationalists who died in Afghanistan (Volzhsky, 1991), "Victims of the twentieth century" (Krasnoyarsk, 2000); with A. Shcherbakov: "Grieving" (London, 1999), "the Silent bell" (Saratov, 2000), "the Heart of the province" (Saratov, 2000), "Monument to the student" (Saratov, 2001). Lives and works in the Volga.
