Was born in Omsk. He studied at the Kazan teachers ' Institute. 1900-ies he lived in Tomsk, during the civil war in Omsk, since the beginning of the 1920s in Novosibirsk. Participated in the work of art societies. The local press covered the exhibition "Chervonnaya Troika".
