A descendant of an old family of Kurdish nobility, a native of Kursk. A graduate of the St. Petersburg architectural school. Erected buildings and station facilities at Sevastopol, Rostov, Vladikavkaz and Ural Railways, was the city architect in the Vitebsk and Mogilev.
