B. in D. Somivka Gorshechenskomu district of the Kursk region. He graduated from the Kharkov school of arts and graphics in 1978. Party-Union, Republican, zonal and regional art exhibitions. Major works: "Bashful" (1990), "Nikitich" (1990), "the Stranger" (1991), "Improvisation" (1992), "the Last spring" (1993), "Afanasy FET" (1995; monuments to fallen soldiers in the villages Malacici (1986) and Krasnoyarsk (1988) and in p. Zolotukhino (1990), the monument to A. S. Pushkin (in co-authorship with N. By p. Krivolapov, V. Bartenev and Sergei Tretyakov) installed on the Theatre square of Kursk 14.X.2000, a monument to the sailors who died on the nuclear submarine "Kursk" that is installed in the Memorial complex "to the Memory of the fallen in the great Patriotic war 1941 - 1945" in Kursk (12.VIII.2003; co-authored with N. By p. Krivolapov, by S. and G. Gorkinym by Dreev), plaques of P. I. Tchaikovsky (1990), Peter I (co-authored with V. Bartenev) in Baltiysk the Kaliningrad region (1996). The works of the M. are of the Kursk regional art gallery named after A. A. Deineka, in the Directorate of exhibitions of the artists Union of Russia.
