From 1926 to 1929 he worked as a drawing teacher Ms. Sapogovsky school Kurskiy R-on, after which he entered the sculpture faculty of the Leningrad Academy of arts (1929 - 1933). He graduated from the faculty of residential and public buildings, Moscow architectural Institute (1933 - 1937). In 1937 he returned to Kursk, he was appointed architect of the project office "Cursorrect" (1937 - 1940). The chief architect of the city of Kursk from December 1943 to June 1946, senior architect expert, head of Bureau, examination of projects and estimates, scientific Secretary in the Department for construction and architecture of the Kursk regional Executive Committee. The same led circle pattern, which was visited by the architects V. G. Kremlev, I. N. Gulin, M. A. Ivanov, L. A. Litoshenko, S. I. Fedorov, and others; from 1961 to 1968, he taught sculpture on the fine arts Department of the Kursk state pedagogical Institute.
He is the author of several innovative projects for the reconstruction of the centre of Kursk, including Lenin and Dzerzhinsky (1936 - 1937), which were taken into consideration in the post-war project of the center of Kursk Moscow architect P. G. Stenusine, the project of the House of Soviets on red square of Kursk (1936, III regional award for architecture in 1947), 4/5-storey residential building with 100 apartments on M. Gorkogo str./Bebel (in collaboration with the architect A. P. Zubov, 1937); the reconstruction of the theater. Schepkin (1938), of the project area have medical Institute (in collaboration with architect L. A. Litoshenko, 1938); stadium "Labor reserves" (1947); the reconstruction of the monument to the astronomer F. A. Semenov on Nikitskaya cemetery (1949); the reconstruction of the theater. M. S. Shchepkina (1948 - 1949); the reconstruction of the Regional drama theater. A. S. Pushkin (1949 - 1950); 4-floor house on Gorky str./Marat (in collaboration with the architect M. L. Teplitzky, 1951); the entrance to the Agricultural exhibition (1953); the entrance to the stadium "Dynamo" (1955); the reconstruction of the facades of the medical Institute (1955); 1st stage of cum on the street/Mail (1950); project planning and entrance to the Park "Solyanka" (1955) and others for the city of Kursk and the region.
