Was born in Kursk. He studied from 1945 to 1947 at the Moscow art school "Memory 1905". Member of the Union of artists since 1968. Party-Union, zonal, regional exhibitions. Major works: "Portrait of Colonel L. P. Cubonova" (1944), "Winter" (1966), "portrait of a veteran of the great Patriotic war M. C. A." (1978), "portrait of a theatre artist V. A. Manykin-Nevstruev" (1949). The works of P. are in the Kursk regional art gallery named after A. A. Deineka, in private collections of Russia.
