B. in Kursk. In 1980 he graduated from the Kursk state pedagogical Institute (art-graphic faculty). Member of the Union of artists of Russia since 1993. Participant in regional, all-Russian and regional exhibitions. Major works: "Feb. Swan" (1986), "the Thaw" (1992), "Kursk edge" (1992), "Wet snow" (1993), "Spring evening" (1994), "the Old yard" (1990), "Nikita lane" (1995).

The works of P. are in the Kursk regional art gallery named after A. A. Deineka, private collections in Russia, Germany, USA, Israel, Turkey, Hungary.
