Glatzer

Born in the city of Dubno. He studied at the art Academy in Vilnius. In 1914 he emigrated to France. In Paris he trained in the Studio of F. Cormon at the Academy Grande Chaumiere. Fought in the First world war on the side of France, from the 1920 citizen of France. Successfully exhibited at the Paris salons, painter's personal exhibitions took place in Cleveland, Chicago, new York (1929), Johannesburg (1939). Since the 1940s, lived in AIX EN Provence. Almost all works created during the Second world war, was lost.
