An auditor student of the Academy of Arts from 1833 Pensioner society for the Encouragement of Arts. At the Academy she studied with renowned teacher M. N. Vorobiev. Specialized young artist in painting sea views and scenery. In 1838 he received a small silver medal for the painting "Night," in 1840 — the title of class artist. This year begins the participation of K. Krugovaya in exhibitions at the Academy of fine arts, one of which in 1843 was awarded a large silver medal. The artist thought about the title of academician, so in 1845 filed a petition for permission to write the academic programs for the plot is the story of A. A. Bestuzhev (Marlinsky) "Sailor Nikitin". This time, something the artist did not happen, because it is known that only in 1855 K. V. Krugovichi recognized as "designated" in academics for the work "Sea view".
