Ivanovich Tolochko

He was born in Melitopol in the Zaporizhia region. In 1957 he graduated from the Kharkov state art Institute. Member of the Union of artists of Ukraine.

In 1946, he was demobilised from the army (went through the war) arrives in the Kharkiv art College. After continuing his studies at the art Institute (workshop of Sergei Besedin). In may 1957, was appointed Director of the Museum of Ukrainian art. In 1973 became Chairman of the Donetsk Union of artists. Member of the Union of artists of Ukraine.
