Biography and information
He was born in Odessa. Painter-a landscape painter, teacher. He studied at the Odessa art school under K. Kostandi and G. Ladyzhensky and A. Popov (1885 - 1890) and St. Petersburg Academy of arts under P. Chistyakov, A. Kuindzhi, I. Repin (1890 - 1895). Since 1893 - member of Church and participant of the exhibitions AH and Turk. A founding member of the Society. K. Kostandi (1922). He taught at the Institute of construction (1936) and the Academy of fine arts ( 1940).
