Member of artists Union of Russia (1989). B. in 1922 the Ulala (now Gorno-Altaisk), he graduated from the art school there. The participant of the great Patriotic war, aircraft mechanic. After demobilization in 1947 he arrived in Barnaul, worked in the house of folk art, in the Altai branch of Art Fund of RSFSR. Works in the genre of lyrical landscape. Among his works: "In the Katun valley" (1975), "Gray Altai" (1979), "Crown Cartoons" (1957-82), "High in the mountains of cedar" (1989). Some works of K. -- property of the State art Museum of Altai Krai. Participant of city, regional, zonal, national exhibitions. Solo exhibitions: London, 1983; Zmeinogorsky district, collective farm. Shumakova, 1984; Mikhailovskaya, 1985.
