VKhUTEMAS (from 1923 Professor), then, in Bauman. One of the leaders of constructivism, organizer and theoretician of the OSA (1925-32). Resp. ed. W. "Modern architecture" (1926-30). Housing projects of a new type of socialized life in Moscow (1926, 1930), the House of Soviets in Makhachkala, 1926; the sanatorium.Ordzhonikidze in Kislovodsk (1935-37, et al.) and other buildings. Tr. on the theory of architecture, including the book. "Rhythm in architecture" (1923), "Style and epoch" (1924), "Housing. Experience five years of work" (1934).
