Arrested on 10 December 1937 under articles 58-8 (terrorist acts), 58-10 (counter-revolutionary propaganda or agitation) and 58-11 (counter-revolutionary organizational activity). Resolution syzranskoe GO NKVD on 2 January 1938 released for lack of charges. Rehabilitated according to the Law of 18 October 1991
