Thesis in the CVC - a series of lithographs "Memory" rating - excellent. The training took place in the graphical Department. Qualified graphic artist.

Born in Gorky (Nizhny Novgorod). He studied at the Gorky art school (1963 - 1973), the Leningrad Institute of painting, sculpture and architecture. I. E. Repin (1984 - 1990) from K. I. Shikhova, V. A. Vetrogonsky, V. G. Starov, O. Yakhnin. In 1990 he received the gold medal of the USSR art Academy for a series of lithographs "Memory". Member of the Union of artists of Russia since 1990.

Participates in art exhibitions since 1973. The artist's works are exhibited at the all-Russian, interregional, regional, international exhibitions. Personal exhibitions were in Vologda (1999), Risser (Norway) (1991), Melbourne (Australia) (1992).

Lives and works in Cherepovets since 1977. The works are in Vologda regional picture gallery, Cherepovets Museum Association, and in private collections in Russia and abroad.

The artist works in easel graphics in watercolors and lithographs in the genres of landscape, thematic composition. Major works: a series of lithographs "Memory" (1990), a series of watercolors "Russian North" (1982), a series of watercolors of the "Kirillo-Belozersky monastery" (1990s), a series of watercolors of the Northern village (1980-1990s).
