In 1939, drafted into the Cu. Army (according to other sources – AH); from the beginning Led. Otech. war, he participated in the battles of Moscow, in 1942 he was wounded, discharged, in 1943, adopted at the 3rd course of Moscow. Institute of applied and decorative arts (MIPIDI).
