Member of the Union of artists of Russia since 2007 member of international Association "Union of designers".
In 1976 he graduated from the Kyiv art-industrial College. In 1981, the Moscow higher art-industrial school (b. Stroganov). Since 1997 lives and works in the city of Khanty-Mansiysk. Associate Professor, design Department of Khanty-Mansiysk Institute of design and applied arts (branch of USAAA). Participant of city, regional, Republican and international exhibitions.
