Honored. art worker of the RSFSR (1968). Graduated from Moscow. VKHUTEMAS (1924), a disciple of B. Queen. He lived in Moscow. Participant of exhibitions since 1926. Member hood. about-GROWTH (1925-27), AHRR (1928-33). He taught in the hood. the universities of Moscow, from 1941 Professor. Monumental-decorative sculpture ("Jump in water", 1930; "Children's dance", 1930; "Girl with a paddle", 1936; "Farmer", 1950), sculpture ("portrait", 1925; "the guard", 1927) and other works.
