People's artist of Kazakhstan, laureate of the State prize of Kazakhstan named. CH. Born in Kustanai region. In 1943 he entered the Almaty art school. He continued his education at the Kharkov art Institute in the sculpture Department. With 1951, lecturer at the Almaty art school.

Monuments: Amangeldy Imanov ( Turgai oblast), Zhambyl (Taraz), M. I. Kalinin, Abay Kunanbayev (1960) and Chokan Valikhanov (1969) ( Almaty).
