Born in Nizhny Novgorod. Graduated, finished the art school (1978-1982) and the Moscow polygraphic Institute (1988-1996). Works in the genre of still life, landscape, portrait, book illustration. Member of the Union of artists of Russia since 1998. Since 1981 - the constant participant of regional exhibitions. Exhibitor of zonal ("Great Volga", 1998, 2003), Republican (Moscow, 1991), national (Moscow, 1999) art exhibitions. Solo exhibitions: N. Novgorod 1998.

He taught at the art school No. 1 and school of art (Bor, 1982-1986). Teaches in GHEE at the University since 1999. at the present time.
