Born in Gorky. He graduated from the Leningrad College of industrial arts. V. I. Mukhina (1963-1969). Works in the genre of landscape. Member of the Union of artists of Russia since 1995. 1979 - the constant participant of regional exhibitions. Exhibitor of zonal ("Great Volga", 1985, 1998, 2003), national (Moscow, 1985, 1988) art exhibitions. Solo exhibitions: N. Novgorod: 1994, 2002. He taught at the folk art Studio of the GAZ cultural center from 1975 to 1985.g.
