Born in China-Town in Dnipropetrovsk region. He graduated from the Institute. I. E. Repin arts of the USSR (1961-1967). A landscape painter. Working primarily in watercolors. Member of the Union of artists of Russia in 1976. 1967 - participant of regional art exhibitions. Exhibitor of zonal "Big Volga" (1977, 1991), national (Moscow, 2000) art exhibitions.
