Born in p. Derbetovka Stalingrad region. He graduated from the Leningrad College of industrial arts. V. I. Mukhina (1949-1957). Worked primarily in the field of monumental and decorative art and easel painting. Member of the Union of artists of Russia since 1967. Since 1960 - member of regional exhibitions. Exhibitor of zonal ("Great Volga", 1970; 1974), Republican (Moscow,1960) art exhibitions.
