Vasilyevich Tsymbal

Born in the village Semenovka of Chernihiv region. He graduated from the Cheboksary state pedagogical Institute. Yakovlev.in 1971. Artist of monumental and decorative art. Member of the Union of artists of Russia since 2000. Since 1970, participant of regional exhibitions. Exhibitor of zonal ("Great Volga", 1984, 1998, 2003), Republican (Moscow, 1971), national (Moscow, 1999) art exhibitions.

Teaches in GHEE at the University since 1999. at the present time.
