A graduate of the Academy of Arts from 1795 till 1806, he Received medals: in 1803 - 2 silver; in 1806 - 2 gold for the program "Coming to Kiev to great Prince Vladimir Manamah Greek ambassadors with rich gifts"; then issued the diploma of 1 degree with a sword. (Kondakov)
