"Thunderstorm" (1934), "Baltic Deputy" (1937) and Peter I (1937-39, both with V. Kalyagin), "the Great crisis" (1945), "Mussorgsky" (1951, with A. Wexler), "Alien kin" (1956), "Soldiers" (1957), "virgin soil upturned" (1960), etc. Winner of St. St. (1946, 1951).
