Born in the city of Sevastopol. In 1980 he graduated from the Crimean art College. Studied with L. Balkind. Member nuau (1990). Member of the Union of artists since 1990 Exhibitions: from 1985 to 2001, has held 5 solo exhibitions of the artist in the Crimea. The Work Of V. N. Ol'khova are stored in private collections in USA, Germany, Belgium, Austria, Poland, and Turkey.
