He was born in the Samarkand region, in Uzbekistan. In 1974 he graduated from the Crimean art College in 1980 - the Kyiv art Institute. Member of the Union of artists of Ukraine. Widely known for the monumental works of A. Rustamova – the stained glass of the mosque Juma Jami mosque in Evpatoria painting of sanatorium "Youth" in Alushta, school No. 7, Simferopol. The artist's works are in private collections in USA, Germany, Turkey, Russia.
