Born in 1888 in Odessa, where he graduated from the art school. In 1919 went to Poland; art education continued in Paris (1921 - 1925). In 1925 improved in the field of ceramic art in Berlin. In 1940, fleeing from the Nazis, arrives in the USSR. 1941 - zike: 1945 - 1958 - artist, head of art laboratory. Created shapes and decorations of pottery.
