Leading on the Caucasus-an archaeologist, honored worker of science, doctor of historical Sciences. Vladimir made an enormous contribution to the study of the bronze age and medieval history of the North Caucasus. He is the author of over 250 articles and 10 monographs. Throughout his long creative path of Vladimir Ivanovich worked in the Department of archaeology of the bronze age Institute of archaeology. His studies of North Caucasian archaeological culture, architecture and history of the dolmens, monuments from the bronze age of Dagestan has received wide acclaim and recognition.
