Born in 1906 in Moscow. In 1930 he graduated from the VHUTEIN, studied graphics at V. A. Favorsky. Sculpture became involved with 1934, ceramics since 1946. 1951 - 1962 - artist-sculptor at SYKE. He created many sculptures for mass production: ashtray "Lamb," the pencil holder "the Sparrows", the sculpture "Calves", "Goat", "lion Chandra and dog Toby", "don Quixote", "the Chinese Nightingale", "the day off", gifts of the "Tsar cannon, Tsar bell" Souvenirs-reliefs on Russian themes.
