Painter. B. October 26, 1914 in the city of Astrakhan. He graduated from the Astrakhan art school (1932-37), KhSAI (1944-51), where he studied with M. Deregus, L. Chernova, I. Dica, E. Egorova, S. Prokhorov, S. Solodovnik, G. Bondarenko. Participant of regional and all-Ukrainian exhibitions. Personal exhibitions: Kharkiv - 1983, 1992, 1993, 1994.
From 1959 to 1974, he was assistant principal and teacher in drawing,painting,composition at the Kharkiv children's art school im. I. Repin.M. Vinokurova are in museums of Ukraine: Art.the Kharkov Museum of Art.Museum of the city of Sumy, Historical and artistic. memorial Museum. I. Repin, Chuguyev, Art gallery of the city of Kirovsk, Parkhomivka historical and artistic. Museum of the city of Krasnokutsk. In addition,the work of M. Vinokurova are in private collections of Ukraine, Russia, Israel, Germany, France, USA, etc. Died in Kharkov on 10 September 2000.
