B. July 10, 1967 in the town of Drochia, Moldova. Graduated from Kishinev pedagogical College of art (1983-87) and hhpi (1990-96), where he studied with P. Yurchenko, A. Berezhnoy. The participant of Republican, all-Ukrainian, all-Union and international exhibitions since 1987. Working in a creative workshop.
