Painter. Member of the Union of artists of the USSR.
Born in Yaroslavl (Russia). In 1955 graduated from Kiev art Institute. From 1958, is a member of nuau. His works were sold at auction: Phillips (UK), John Nicholson (USA), Duran (Spain). One of the works of artist Valentin Sergeyevich Smirnov was sold at auction Phillihs in London. Works are in many private collections.
