Biography and information

Born in the small village of Baramcha Akkerman district of Odessa's lips. He graduated from the theological Seminary in Chisinau in 1889. Studied music in St. Petersburg, the composer A. K. Lyadov. He served as a priest, was a Regent of the choir of the Chisinau, taught singing at the Kishinev high schools. Studied painting independently. He was a member of the Bessarabian society of fine arts. Participated in the exhibitions of this society. He painted portraits and landscapes in a realistic manner inherited the traditions of the society of South Russian artists. Participated in exhibitions in Odessa and Chisinau. Works are in museums and private collections in Ukraine and abroad.
