He was born April 18, 1947 in the city of Pavlodar of the Kazakh SSR.
He graduated from art-graphic Department of the Biysk pedagogical schools.
Painter. Works in genres of portrait, landscape.
A participant of regional exhibitions since 1974.
Member of the Union of artists of Russia since 1993.
