Sergey
Petrovich Panasenko

He was born on 27 February 1970 in the city of Astrakhan. From 1977 to 1979 he lived on the island of Shikotan (Krabozavodskoe) in Sakhalin region. In 1989 he graduated from the Astrakhan art school. P. A. Vlasov. Since 1989 lives and works in Moscow.

In art adheres to the realism. Written about 750 scenic and performed more than 10,500 drawings. Paintings are in private collections and museums of Russia, Ukraine, UK, Germany, France, Switzerland, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Spain, India, China, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Israel, USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Australia, etc. Among them, the "changing of the guard at the tomb of the Unknown soldier" located in the permanent exhibition of the Club of the Presidential regiment (Arsenal, the Moscow Kremlin).

Paintings published in the book "Acts of gods" and in the 5th volume of the "Library of Russian fiction". Articles about the work in the magazines "Technics of youth", "Miracles and adventures", "Young guard", "woman's World"; in the newspaper "Shield and sword", "Niva of Russia", "the Komsomol of Caspian sea", etc. In 1992, Russian television has shown great communication about the work of the S. Kinel, is devoted to the heraldry and Vexillology of the Royal house of Thailand (the article was published in No. 63/3 magazine "Gerboved" in 2003, the book - "the Monarchy of Thailand, titles and awards". Moscow. 2006). In 2006-2008, painted coats of arms for a book by W. von Behrens "Berenty and background Berenty" (St. Petersburg, 2006) and "Noble" calendar (booklet No. 14. Moscow, 2008). And in 2005 created his own website in the Internet "Heraldic Sergey Panasenko," which placed part of their work.
