Born on 11 Jul 1932 in Borisov in Minsk region. Studied at Belarusian state theatre and art Institute (1953.1959, Department of sculpture) from A. O. Bembel, A. K. Glebov. He taught in the sculpture Department at the Belarusian state theatre and art Institute (1959.1989). Associate Professor (1977). Professor (1981). Participant of exhibitions since 1958. Member of the BSSR Union of artists since 1962. Laureate of Lenin Komsomol prize of the BSSR (1967). Laureate of the state prize of the BSSR (1974). People's artist of the Byelorussian SSR (1972). Died 3 Feb 1989 in Minsk.
(R. 11.7. 1932, Borisov) — Bel. Sov. sculptor. Nar. the artist of the Byelorussian SSR (1972). Member of the CPSU since 1968. In 1959 he graduated from Bel. theatre.-of arts. Institute. Works in easel and monumental sculpture. He created monuments to Lenin in Cree-chave (1960), N. F. Gastello, G. p. Radoshkovichi (1964, architect. Sankovich V. L. Levin), the memorial complex is a Breakthrough in g. the item of Ushachi (1974, arch. Y. Gradov, L. Levin). The author of easel paintings "the fern Flower" (1967), "Anxiety" (1968), "the Call" (1969), songs "Fidel Castro" (1974), "Spring victory" (1975), portraits of M. V. Frunze (1963), A. F. Myasnikov (1964, both from L. Gumilevsky), Vladimir Mayakovsky (1963), the bust of Ernesto Che Guevara (1974). A great place in the work of the sculptor is the way Ya Ku-burns: the poet's tomb at the Military cemetery (1971, A. Suspicon) and a monument in Minsk (1972, with L. A. Gumilevsky and Suspicon, State prize of the Byelorussian SSR 1974), a bronze bust, Arrow Park in new York city (1973, architect. S. Botkovski). Prize of Lenin Komsomol of Belarus in 1967.
