Born April 16, 1935 in Susanino village, Kostroma region.
In 1963 Veniamin Borisov graduated from the Repin Institute of arts in the name of I. E. Repin, the workshop of Joseph Silver.
Participant of exhibitions since 1957.
Member of the Leningrad Union of artists since 1968.

Paints landscapes, still lifes, portraits, genre paintings.

Thesis in the CVC - "native village", an estimation is good. The training took place at the picturesque faculty, qualification of artist-painter.
Member of the Union of artists since 1968. Party-Union, Republican and Kan, zonal exhibitions. Personal exhibitions took place in Orel (1964), Kolpino, St. Petersburg (1994).
