From 1992 to 2000 - head of the Department of painting. His personal exhibitions took place in 1985 at the Udmurt State Museum of fine arts (Izhevsk), in 2006 – the Museum of the village of Alnashi. Works By S. N. Vinogradov is located in France (art Museum of Toulouse, he exhibited ten of his works), Hungary, Finland, China, in regional museums and private collections in Russia.
