Member of the Union of artists of the USSR since 1964.. people's artist of Russia, academician of the Russian Academy of arts.
He was born in 1935 in the city of Murmansk. Graduated from the Saratov art weclome. He was repeatedly elected Chairman of the Leningrad Union of artists. Participant of regional, Republican, all-Russian, international exhibitions.
