Biography and information
Member of the Union of artists of the USSR. Born in Odessa, 21.12.1917 - 6.12.2000. in the family accountant Michael D. Kutepov. Received education at the Odessa art College and then at the Kiev art Institute in the sculpture Department, from which he graduated in 1941.
