Panchenko Leonid G. 1911 - 1980 Soviet painter. Uzbek artist. Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. Born March 8, 1911. He lived and worked in Fergana, Uzbekistan. Panchenko wrote thickly, spaciously, brightly. At numerous exhibitions at that time, the craftsmen attracted the attention of not only local residents, but also foreigners.
