Born in 1910 in the city of Pochep of the Bryansk province. He studied at VKhUTEMAS in the same time with Wilms, Deineka, as Bogorodskaya. Studied at R. Falk, and D. N. Kardovsky, I. I. Mashkov, K. N. Istomin.
Member of the Union of artists of the USSR.
For various reasons in exhibitions did not participate.
