Biography and information

Member of the Union of artists of the USSR.

Was born in Moscow. From 1944 to 1952, he studied at mhpu imeni M. I. Kalinina, qualified the artist's weaving, and higher education. In 1952 - 1953 he worked as an artist in the textile laboratory of the research Institute of art industry. From 1953 to 1957 he taught spetsdystsyplin in Krasnoselsky school of art processing of metals (Kostroma oblast). In 1957 he returned to Moscow and from that time employed at the works of applied art of the Art Fund of the USSR. Executes the orders of the enterprises of the art industry on lottery products in conjunction with designers working to create fabrics for clothing. Since I960 has been performing the orders of large-scale projects (stage curtains, wall hangings, murals). In 1969, admitted to the Union of artists of the USSR.

1970 - 80-e years were a time of active and intense work. Born tapestries of the "City of work", "hymn to the sun", "Black gold", "Altai". It's more counter-offers and orders from Rostov-on-don, Barnaul, Tula. Many of them seem at the all-Union, Republican and Moscow exhibitions.
